Sócio-Diretor e Co-FundadorMárcio Severine, sócio-diretor e co-fundador, é um executivo orientado para negócios, que possui mais de 28 anos de experiência em empresas dos segmentos Automotivo (Montadoras e Autopeças) e de Engenharia Industrial (Óleo & Gás, Energia e Infra-estrutura).
É formado em Engenharia Elétrica, Administração de Empresas, com MBA pela BSP / University of Toronto (Rotman School of Management) e com especialização pelo Politécnico di Torino (Itália), iniciou a carreira da área de Engenharia (Processos Industriais, Qualidade e Produto), migrando posteriormente para a área de Vendas & Marketing e Gestão de Negócios.
Com uma experiência diversificada, ocupou várias posições gerênciais e de diretoria em empresas multinacionais e nacionais como Pirelli, Fiat Automóveis, General Motors / Delphi, Ford / Visteon, MWM International, Sparco e ABEMI (Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Industrial), sempre atuando na América do Sul.
Como Gerente de Unidade de Negócios, Diretor Geral e Vice-presidente Executivo, foi reponsável pelo P&L, respondendo pelas áreas de Vendas & Marketing, Compras, Produção, Programas, Financeiro, Administrativo, Recursos Humanos e Relações Institucionais.
É certificado como Conselheiro de Administração pelo IBGC Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa} e como “Master Trainer” pelo NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research, USA).
Márcio Severine, associate director and co-founder, is a business oriented executive, which has over 28 years of experience in the Automotive (Automakers and Autoparts) and Industrial Engineering (Oil & Gas, Energy and Infrastructure) business segments
He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration with MBA from BSP / University of Toronto (Rotman School of Management) and specialization at Politecnico di Torino (Italy), began his career in the Engineering are (Industrial Processes, Quality and Product), later moving to Sales & Marketing and Business Management.
With a diverse experience, he has held various management and board positions in national and multinational companies such as Pirelli, Fiat, General Motors / Delphi Automotive Systems, Ford / Visteon Corporation, MWM International, Sparco and ABEMI (Brazilian Association of Industrial Engineering), always operating in South America.
As Business Unit Manager, General Manager and Executive Vice President, he was responsible for P & L, leading the areas of Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Production, Program Management, Finance, Administrative, Human Resources and Institutional Relations.
He is certified as Board Member by IBGC (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance} and as “Master Trainer” by NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research, USA).
